Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Slacker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Description of Service
Slacker is a social app that lets you track and share your break-time activities with a community leaderboard. Slacker is provided by Kubicle LLC.
Privacy Policy
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
User Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you post, including events, descriptions, notes, and media. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Location Data
Slacker collects your location when you log events. By using this feature, you consent to the collection and display of your location data according to your privacy settings. You can control location access through your device settings.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Slacker offers optional subscription plans that provide premium features such as ad removal. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Slacker, including its design, code, content, and branding, are owned by Kubicle LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kubicle LLC does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kubicle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Slacker, including but not limited to data loss, employment consequences, or service interruptions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
