Slacker is a social productivity app built by Kubicle LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

Slacker requires an account to use. You can sign in with Apple or Google. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address to identify you within the app.

Privacy Controls

Slacker provides privacy settings that give you control over your data visibility. You can make your account private so only approved followers can see your profile, activities, and stats. You can also choose to appear anonymously on leaderboards and maps.

Advertising

Slacker displays ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage information to serve and personalize ads. You can remove ads by subscribing to a premium plan. You may also opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

In-App Purchases

Slacker offers subscription plans managed through a third-party payment processor. Your email address may be shared with the payment provider to manage your subscription. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple or Google and are not stored by us.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers and synced with your device for offline access. We implement security measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, events, and associated data from our servers.

Third-Party Services

Slacker uses third-party services for authentication, data storage, advertising, push notifications, and subscription management. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
