Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Woj, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Woj is a creative app that lets you build custom wojak characters by combining different body parts, clothing, and accessories. Woj is provided by Kubicle LLC.

Credits & Purchases

Woj uses a credit system for saving creations. Credits can be earned by watching rewarded ads or purchased through in-app purchases. Subscription plans provide unlimited saves. All purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

User Creations

Images you create and save using Woj are stored locally on your device. You are free to use, share, and distribute your created wojak images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Kubicle LLC does not claim ownership over your creations.

Use of the App

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service. You agree not to use the app to create or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Woj, including its design, code, component artwork, and branding, are owned by Kubicle LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app or its assets.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kubicle LLC does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kubicle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Woj.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
