Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using PIPE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
PIPE is a mobile API testing tool that allows you to send HTTP, GraphQL, WebSocket, SSE, and MQTT requests to endpoints of your choosing. PIPE is provided by Kubicle LLC.
Use of the App
You are solely responsible for the API requests you make using PIPE. You agree not to use the app to send requests to endpoints you are not authorized to access, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in PIPE, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by Kubicle LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
No Warranty
PIPE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kubicle LLC does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kubicle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PIPE, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches at third-party endpoints, or service interruptions.
Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue PIPE at any time without prior notice. Your right to use the app terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
