Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using PIPE BT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

PIPE BT is a mobile Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) testing tool that allows you to scan for, connect to, and interact with nearby BLE devices. PIPE BT is provided by Kubicle LLC.

Use of the App

You are solely responsible for the Bluetooth connections and interactions you make using PIPE BT. You agree not to use the app to connect to devices you are not authorized to access, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in PIPE BT, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by Kubicle LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

No Warranty

PIPE BT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kubicle LLC does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kubicle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PIPE BT, including but not limited to data loss, unintended device interactions, or service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue PIPE BT at any time without prior notice. Your right to use the app terminates automatically if you violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
