Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MonsterDex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

MonsterDex is a companion guide app that provides information about various creatures, moves, abilities, items, and more. MonsterDex is provided by Kubicle LLC.

Fan-Made Content

MonsterDex is an unofficial, fan-made application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game publisher or rights holder. All game-related content, names, and imagery are the property of their respective owners.

Use of the App

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service. You agree not to use the app to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

The app design, code, and original branding of MonsterDex are owned by Kubicle LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. Game-related content belongs to its respective rights holders.

Advertising

MonsterDex displays third-party advertisements. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any advertisements displayed.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kubicle LLC does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information provided is complete or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kubicle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MonsterDex.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
