Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using LeetCard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Description of Service
LeetCard is a coding flashcards application that helps you study and practice programming concepts. LeetCard is provided by Kubicle LLC.
Privacy Policy
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.
Use of the App
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service. You agree not to use the app to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in LeetCard, including its design, code, content, and branding, are owned by Kubicle LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
The entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 USD, whichever is greater. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Governing Law
The laws of the State of Illinois, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service.
Disputes Resolution
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) Users
If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
