Overview

Atoma is a health intelligence app built by Kubicle LLC that reads your Apple HealthKit data and presents it in a unified dashboard. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

HealthKit Data

Atoma reads health and fitness data from Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. We do not sell, share, or transmit your HealthKit data to any third party. HealthKit data is used solely to display your health metrics within the app.

iCloud & CloudKit Data

Atoma uses Apple CloudKit to sync your app preferences across your devices. The following data is stored in your private iCloud account:

• Profile Data — your first name, last name, initials, and birthday, which you provide voluntarily.
• Preferences — pinned metrics, preferred units, default date range, and appearance settings.
• Annotations — notes you attach to specific health metrics.
• Thresholds — custom alert thresholds you set for metrics.

This data is stored in your private CloudKit database and is accessible only to you. Kubicle LLC does not have access to your CloudKit data.

Data We Do Not Collect

Atoma does not collect:

• Raw health samples or HealthKit data on any server
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics or usage tracking data
• Email addresses or account credentials

No Account Required

Atoma does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app works entirely with on-device HealthKit data and your personal iCloud account for preference syncing.

Third-Party Services

Atoma does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple CloudKit for preference syncing, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your HealthKit data remains on your device and is managed by Apple Health. CloudKit preference data can be deleted by removing the app from all your devices, which will remove the associated CloudKit records. You may also contact us to request deletion of any data.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
