Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using ASVAB: Ultimate Prep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
ASVAB: Ultimate Prep is a test preparation app that provides practice tests, flashcards, and study tools for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery exam. The app is provided by Kubicle LLC.
Not Affiliated with the U.S. Military
This app is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or any government agency. "ASVAB" is used solely to describe the exam the app helps you prepare for.
Subscriptions & Purchases
The app offers optional subscription plans that provide premium features such as unlimited question access and ad removal. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Accuracy of Content
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date practice material, we do not guarantee that the content mirrors the actual ASVAB exam. This app is a supplementary study tool and should not be your sole source of preparation.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in ASVAB: Ultimate Prep, including its design, code, content, and branding, are owned by Kubicle LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kubicle LLC does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that using it will result in a particular test score.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kubicle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to test outcomes or career decisions based on app content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
